Pavithrotsavam Celebrations - October 2024
Dear Volunteers. The Chairman and Trustees of Sri Balaji Temple Trust would like to show our deep appreciation. Thank you for all your hard work and volunteering at different times at Sri Balaji Temple, especially during the recent celebrations at the Pavitrotsav festival. We are proud to see so many of you turning up even during odd hours to prepare prasadam and cleaning afterwards. All of you should be proud to note the huge number of devotees benefiting from receiving the sacred prasadam during the Pavitrotsava festival.
We are grateful for your willingness to give your time, energy, and commitment. Your support of Temple events allows us to continue fulfilling our mission and serve a large number of Lord Venkateswara devotees in our community every year.
We would also like to add an extra token of thanks to the volunteers who could not drive and made the effort to take a bus (and sometimes more than one bus) to come to the Temple to offer their services.
We would also like to thank every donor - whether it’s Prasadam, ingredients, money, or your time; every little bit helps to keep serving the Temple and Lord Venkateswara.
With blessings from Sri Balaji.

Sri Balaji Temple Development Project: July 2022
Dear devotees, donors and members,
We humbly bring to your kind notice that the current premises and facilities at Sri Balaji Temple, Hamilton are not providing enough services to our communities. Therefore, the Temple Trust is considering expanding the temple services and facilities to devotees by exploring possibilities for the Temple's development.
The Trustees have embarked and have identified a property for our growing needs and to have better and more comfortable premises for our Temple.
The potential cost is around $2.5m and we need to raise at least $500,000 to have any hope of bidding for the property located very close to our current property. This property will service most of our needs. As such we humbly appeal to you all to generously donate to raise the required $500,000 and we are working hard to raise the balance from the bank.
The Temple is also looking at naming rights to the Community Hall that is available in the new property to any donor who is going to donate $500,000 or more. We appeal to all to consider donating any amount you could afford so that we can all have comfortable premises at the new Temple for Lord Balaji.
We request all the devotees to make a lump sum donation or set up an automatic payment monthly or fortnightly or weekly for an amount that you can afford towards this project. Also send a confirmation by email with your name, address and phone number to the chairperson which will assist us in getting prior approval for the funding from the bank.
The Bank Account you have to use are:
• ASB Bank A/C 12-3171-0169613-00
• Westpac A/C 03-1568-0478167-00
Please indicate in the Bank Transfer:
Reference: your 1st Name, Code: TDFund, and Reference: Your Last Name
We also appeal to all Life Members and members alike to spread the message in your networks and make further donations.
May the blessings of Lord Balaji be with you.
